In Project 2, there are a few simillarities with project 1, using the same approach by this time instead of designing an object to be wore on, we're designing a furnitecture.

Project 2 we're divided into a group of 6 /7 people, and in the group of people, we have to select an individual to become the client for the furnitecture.
​
We were aware that most of the groups will select the most interesting, most outspoken, most eventful person as their client in order to come out with a interesting furnitecture. Thus, instead of putting the spotlight onto that group of people, we've decided to select someone which is more simple and translate that simplicity into our design. The client that we've chosen for this project was Karen Choo.

Just a simple introduction about Karen is that she is a simple girl living in a simple lifestyle with no drastic changes. She loves the simple and small little things in life, which is to be able to read and also being able to stare into space and enters into her own world. Another interesting fact about her is that she finds tranquility in clouds. Thus we wanted to create a furnitecture that separates her from the people, creating an atmosphere where she can be with her own, doing all the lovely activities such as reading and sometimes gazing into the clouds, in her own little space. We looked into how her favorite elements, such as the clouds can inspire the design of the furnitecture.
