CHAM ZHENG CHEE

In the first project, we were exposed to one of the new means of construction, which is through Industrialized Building System (IBS). We had to formed into a group of 5, and carried out a case study on an existing IBS in a current building,and configure a new design with implementations of IBS, to solidify our understanding with the concept of IBS. We need to produce a report documenting our floor plans, our schedule for each components, the construction process of an IBS building, as well as coming out with a physical model using the technique acquired by IBS.
