In this module, it introduces us to the environmental aspects or issues that we as architectural students should take note of. Its important that we're exposed to environmental knowledge in order to help us be more aware with the environment and finding the balance between the built and the natural environment.

This module given us a project that requires us to think, to evaluate and create something using our knowledge, using the most effective, environmental friendly, the most sustainable way to create an item and give back to the people in need. It not only covers the environmental aspects, but it also emphasizes on other aspects like the social and economic's point of view.

REFLECTION

This module was an interesting module. Its a module where it expands our horizon. It allow us to think more about the other issues, other than just architectural aspects. The module exposed us to the environmental aspects that we should all take note of. The projects educate us to be aware with the things we do, and how our actions will impact strongly impact the environment. Its important that we realized the importance of considering the environmental factors when we're coming out with our designs. It made me realized how much we took for granted of the environmental, where we only focus on designs of a building. This project was an awareness, to remind us to not neglect the environment because it matters too.

The module is all rounded as it not only focus on coming out with appropriate designs for the item, but it also educate us how we could contribute in the social aspects of the project. It was a meaningful journey throughout this project. It became a mutual process whereby we managed to change their lives, even just a little, in return, it made us realized how lucky we are, and be appreciative with whatever we have in life. It showed us how we should also think about others no matter what we do in life.
